On-Grid Solar, Off-Grid Solar, Tesla Powerwall and Ground Mounted solar systems in Gippsland, are all in a week’s work here at Rockys Solar!
Included amongst this week’s jobs is an 8.58kW system with an 8.2kWFronius inverter and 26 x 330W Jinko Solar panels in Heyfield. We’ve also installed a Power Diverter on the system to make the best use of solar to heat the electric hot water before any excess power is exported to the grid.
Work on the Macalister Demonstration Farm Ground Mounted Solar System is almost complete and we’ll have a full write-up for you on that soon.
The system has generated a lot of interest from passers-by and as a result we’ve put a sign up to let people know the details of the system.
We ask that members of the public please respect the property owners and come back here for details and lots more photos and video of the installation rather than asking to see the system on-site while work is still in progress.
Plans are under way for an open day for farmers and other members of the public to view the system and ask questions and we will have details of that soon.
